We did not have good communication before arrival. When we arrived at the address given we had no pass code to enter building (Ten20). When we finally got a representative from Booking.com we were told we would not be staying there but at a newer nicer apartment and were given a different address. I am 80 years old and we were walking with our luggage. However, when we got to the new address about seven blocks away it was the wrong address. After yet another text exchange we finally got to the newer apartment with correct door codes. It was very nice. During our last communication the representative was very apologetic and said we would get a $200.00 refund for our trouble. This seemed fair but we have yet to see the refund. The newer apartment was beautiful and other than this miss communication we had a great five day visit in Seattle. t
