This Villa is brand new and I was the first guest to stay there. The pool is amazing and the villa is quite spacious for a single person or a couple. The hosts are a very nice family, like most people in Ubud. The rice feild and palm trees view is spectacular.
For me personally, it worked out great as I was on my own. Things you will have to take into consideration is that the Villa is in the middle of rice fields, so no car access. You will need a bike or walk for about 2-5 minutes from the nearest parking area to the Villa. It's worth mentioning that there is no disability access, so not advisable for wheel chairs. The hosts are wonderful, so if you need anything then they will always attend immediately.
I would have liked an iron with a stand, and perhaps more cutlery but I have already mentioned that to the hosts and they will make sure its all sorted for the next guests, so goodluck!
