Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso. La casa si trova in una posizione strategica, vicinissima al mare e a tanti locali e ristoranti, ma allo stesso tempo immersa nella quiete.
Il giardino è bellissimo e perfetto per rilassarsi, soprattutto al tramonto, quando l’atmosfera diventa davvero speciale. Un luogo dove si respira tutta la bellezza e la tranquillità del Salento.
Un complimento speciale a Roberto, sempre gentile, disponibile e accogliente. La sua ospitalità ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.
Consigliatissima! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

The property is a beautiful semi-detached villa with private parking and garden. The location is very quiet, but yet very strategic, giving you the possibility of day-trips all over the Salento area. The property is just a short walk from the sea, as well as from a nice sea-front bar and a good seafood restaurant.
Great outdoor dining facilities, with large wooden/charcoal barbecue. Large fridge and freezer, and fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and drying rim, perfect for washing your beach towels in the evening and finding them dried by the Southern sun in the morning 🌞
Excellent communication with the host, both before and during the stay. He was extremely kind, preparing for us water and fresh fruits in the fridge upon our arrival, as well as some local biscuits to die for...

The only notable thing is that the air conditioning is limited to the sleeping area, and had sometimes difficult to keep the whole area cool. We used the two large floor-standing fans to add the extra power needed.
