Location was amazing. Space was very clean and well taken care of. Check-in was smooth and easy. Had all the nice little extras to make the trip more comfortable.
Bed was awfully uncomfortable. Other than that it was wonderful!

The location was perfect for our trip and a beautiful view from our room
I was not a fan of contactless check in - hard to find the unit and unsure where to park or find the key.

The shower had great water pressure and temp. The king size bed was very comfortable. There was a mini fridge and coffee maker with grounds.
You can hear EVERYTHING from other rooms. This was the loudest stay in my experience....and I've stayed in downtown Hong Kong in worst conditions. There is NO sound proofing between rooms. The provided earplugs should have been a giveaway. Nice try but you hear every single move the other tenants make.
