The staff were helpful and kind. It was easy to ask questions and request assistance. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, particularly the beef tapa.
Some of the facilities are still under construction, such as the swimming pool, even though it is already listed among their facilities.
They provided a hair dryer, but there was no adapter available to plug it in. There was also no telephone in the room to call for assistance or make inquiries.
The family room was a little bit crowded

Lovely staff and the best bed I had slept in while on holidays in Philippines, with comfy bed and pillows. Room was clean and decent size. Food was nice, and breakfast on the beach was beautiful.
Booking.com should check facilities and hotel before advertising.
It was advertised to have a swimming pool and booked for this reason, when we got there the back including the swimming pool was under construction a dirt whole in the ground. Went to pay room bill, when leaving, no credit/ debit card machine, and had to scrounge up enough cash to pay. No sign saying cash only and why would this be so in a hotel!? No Tv in the room. I understand this is a new hotel only opened a 2 months ago, but if not ready it should not be advertised. There is also road noise as close to main road. As a consumer. I did not get what I paid for.
