Une piscine superbe face à la forêt , juste amazing.

The grembeng is a newly opened hotel in the middle of Balinese jungle. It might be a bit hard to find at first, but that is also the charm of it. This place is an oasis of peace. The location is probably one of the best we ever stayed at in Bali. Waking up to the sound of birds and monkeys and falling asleep under the Milky Way, makes it one of the few places in Bali where you won’t hear cars. The view from the room is incredible and there is a lot of privacy.
Dewa is one of the kindest people we ever met. He and his family took very good care of us during our stay and were very helpful with arranging transportation and anything else we asked them.
Around the grembeng there are many beautiful rice fields, waterfalls and mountains. There even is a private waterfall that you can access with stairs that go down from the front door of the room. With a scooter everything is close!
We extended our stay multiple times and will definitely go back next time we visit Bali. Thank you so much for everything Dewa and your sweet family, for making our stay unforgettable!
Nothing! Do notice that staying in the jungle means there can be insects and other animals. Dewa happily removes them from the room in case this occur.
