The room was nice and had all you need for a stay at a good price. The view of the apartment is nice and at night as well.
I know this is a problem in some places in Phil, and it usually relates to someone else's apartment, but the cockroaches were too much. It wasn't infested, but it had a little army brewing. I killed about 10. I noticed they come through the drains and the air extractor. They ran around the kitchen counter and in the Bathroom. Not the rest of the apartment. If it were none or like 1, I'd be giving a 9-10 score, but when you have a nice cheddar cheese you left on the side as you were cooking and you look at the GB News, then come back to find a cockroach tap dancing on it, slightly off-putting.

This is in one of the large condo type properties near mall of Asia. There are two large pools in the courtyard. The building is new and well-built and clean with good security. The price was good too. MOA is one of the cleaner, more modern neighborhoods of Manila. It’s not ghetto at all. English is spoken everywhere here and it’s very user-friendly for foreigners.
The room is fairly compact, but it is complete, my unit had a balcony on the 14th floor overlooking the pools.
