Wspaniały pobyt! Apartament jest przepięknie wykończony, czysty i świetnie wyposażony – na miejscu znajdziemy wszystko, co potrzebne, łącznie ze zmywarką, pralką czy odkurzaczem. Wszystko zgadza się w 100% z opisem i zdjęciami.
Bardzo wygodne łóżko i trzeba docenić kołdry i poduszki wyjątkowo wygodne- ktoś myślał o wyposażeniu bo To nie są najtańsze rzeczy jak często zdarza się w apartamentach z sieciowek.
TV ze wszystkimi aplikacjami tylko do zalogowania też na duży plus , internet był szybki i jeśli ktoś musiałby pracować z tego mieszkania to jak najbardziej można;)
Lokalizacja jest idealna: blisko zarówno do centrum, jak i na krótki, przyjemny spacer nad morze i promenadę. Ogromnym plusem jest też sklep tuż na dole budynku oraz bezpłatny parking tuż obok, co zapewnia pełen komfort.
Przemily ,bardzo sympatyczny właściciel, zaangażowany i pomocny na każdym etapie pobytu. PS.pyszna kawka w kawiarni:)
Z całego serca polecam to miejsce i ludzi -z chęcią tu wrócę :)

Super lokalizacja. W pobliżu sklepy i restauracje, blisko na nabrzeże i niedaleko na plażę. Pokoje niezwykle czyste, nowocześnie urządzone i w pełni wyposażone. Kuchnia i łazienka również wyposażone. Właściciel gościnny i pomocny. Z czystym sercem polecam to miejsce. Na pewno wrócimy!

Waiting 3 days before to book a place in Świnoujście, my choices were slim. I was a bit nervous about this place with only 10 reviews - mostly from Polish visitors. I contacted the property the day before to confirm arrival time, and was told to call 10 minutes before arrival. Their number is on WhatsApp so that was helpful as a non EU visitor.
From the train station, it was an easy walk - less than a mile away. (You can also take a Bolt, taxi or bus.)
A man who spoke good English met me at the front of the building to hand me the keys and collect the tourist tax, which can be also paid in Euro. The process was efficient. He was very flexible with my checkout time and quickly responded to my messages.
The building seems to be a recent build (low-noise work still going) with a convenience store in the same building (very handy for a Sunday arrival since most shops are closed). The compact apartment was immaculate and comfortable. Some minor spatial anomaly, but I was pleasantly surprised and glad I chose to stay here over a hotel. Kitchen was very sufficient for light cooking. The second floor balcony faces the park across the street. It's just off the city centre with low noise. The bed was comfortable and I was relieved that it didn't have a perfume detergent smell.
During my search, I wanted to stay close to the beach but was happy with the location because it's close enough to walk to it (20 min), but convenient to the shops, and the free ferry to the other side (Warszów).
The best way to experience the area is by bike. Wypożyczalnia Rowerów near the beach promenade has a good rate - €10/ day (9-18:00).
