Directions to the property were very easy to understand, kitchen was well equipped with tea coffee sugar crockery and dinnerware. Bed was comfy, sofa was comfy, all furniture and all surfaces were clean and ready to use.
Only downsides were minor, kitchenware needed washing up before use and tv had no signal.

Lovely large flat appears just been renovated. Shower was great. Clean and really nice beddding and comfortable bed and sofa bed.
Good instructions for check in and parking. Managed to time parking well outside.
Bins overflowing, and smelly en route to way in attracting lots of flies.
I knew the place was sparsely furnished from prior reviews but only one two seater settee for three of us, no other chairs, table or side table in the flat. This made eating really difficult especially with paper plates ( see below).
Notice to use paper plates and plastic cups as a temporary problem with kitchen sink, which could have been dealt with sooner as from the rubbish bags it certainly hadn’t just happened.
Initially the bathroom looked very clean but then my daughter noticed multiple long dark hairs on the floor (see photos of just three of them) which were definitely not ours as we are all fair haired. Didn’t expect to be hoovering up Saturday night.

Could have done with the tv working for the little one but overall good value for money
