We did not like the following things: we were told where to park, apparently the neighbors cause problems. Unfortunately, our car is low and because we drove it onto the sidewalk, we hit the bottom, specifically the oil pan, and bent it.Thank God it didn't break. For me, this is a problem and I will have to fix it.Yes, the people are not to blame, but I felt a lot of tension with this parking, especially in Avdira village.Parking is a problem in Athens, but is it the same here in the village too? We asked to check in around 2 PM but they refused. We know that check-in is from 3 PM, but we had traveled for more than 8 hours and had a small child; the host could have shown understanding. There is no investment in renovating the floor of the house, which is often the case in many places in Greece. The bathroom was renovated. The price per night is the same as in Xanthi and Komotini. You decide if it's worth staying here. We would not visit the house again.
