Good for a family vacation!

The villa was spacious and well maintained. Had all the amenities needed. Pool was great size and there was a man who cleaned it during our stay. Kittens were coming by daily which is always great!

The property is clearly managed by a company. Otherwise, I see no reason to charge extra for early check-in, especially as you knew the villa was not occupied that day and we were travelling with a small child. There was noise coming from the roof due to the wind moving the solar water heater / satellite dish or something else metal.

Horror huis! 😡

De host was vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Dit is echt een horror huis en zou nooit, maar dan ook nooit op Booking.com mogen staan of zelfs naar verhuurd mogen worden. Alles in dit huis is oud, vies, gedateerd en het stinkt enorm!! Er hangt een verschrikkelijke riool lucht welke de eigenaar denkt weg te werken met diverse luchtverfrissers die om de zoveel minuten een smerige, penetrante chemische lucht verspreiden. Hierdoor stinkt het continue verschrikkelijk. De badkamer beneden is dan ook niet te gebruiken, als je daar twee minuten in bent val je flauw van de lucht. Verder is alles oud en vies, ik heb nog nooit zo’n goor toilet gezien, de douches zijn verroest en er komt een pis straaltje uit de douche waar je je amper mee kunt wassen. De eerste avond viel er een stoel in elkaar en bij nader onderzoek kon je op geen een stoel zitten zonder risico dat de boel in elkaar zou storten. Eten aan tafel is dus lastig. De airco in de slaapkamer werkte niet goed en toen de stroom uitviel moest mijn man 10 minuten een berg oplopen om de stroom weer aan te zetten. Dit tot drie keer toe tot half 3 ‘ s nachts, toen hebben we maar besloten om zonder airco te slapen, maar dat was door de hitte niet te doen. Op het dak staat iets los waardoor je een continue herrie hoort, daardoor is slapen überhaupt al lastig. De Overige apparatuur in het huis werkte ook gebrekkig en het tosti ijzer werkte helemaal niet. De host Thomas is erg vriendelijk en heeft geprobeerd te doen wat hij kon, de beheerders daarentegen hebben ondanks onze meerdere klachten tot op heden nooit iets van zich laten horen. Dit huis zou nooit, nooit, nooit verhuurd mogen worden en zeker niet op Booking.com mogen staan. We gaan dan ook een klacht bij Booking.com indienen en zorgen dat dit eraf wordt gehaald. Het is echt te belachelijk voor woorden dat je voor een dergelijk smerig stinkend hol bijna € 400 per nacht moet betalen! Ik gun echt niemand dit toe. Rhodos is een prachtig eiland, maar door deze ervaring was het wel een domper op de vakantie!
