Bad customer service

i have received a worst experience on customer service i booked 7 nights , i had problemes get in because i arrived a little bit late but I let them know about the delay in advance but I still had problems reaching out the guy with the keys he shut down the phone right after the time limit of checking in on the application after a long wait we got to stay on a different apartment than the one I booked we were frustrated we just wanted a place to spend the night so we didn’t complain we were just grateful that we’re not gonna stay outside after getting to the apartment the Wi-Fi and the tv weren’t working we reported the issue but it was no action taken just excuses after 3 nights I had to travel back for work emergency and I let them know that I was leaving and they asked me not to cancel through the app and I’m gonna be receiving a call from hatim to discuss the refund which they told me that I’m gonna be receiving I tried reaching out to hatim but he doesn’t pick up or call back so I figured that he wants to keep the money I don’t think that the apartment worth the money or the stress

Mi estadía ha sido placentera y en general muy buena. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodas y resalto el excelente trato que nos brindó Ihsane ya que fue muy atenta, flexible y comprensiva con nosotras. Repetiría otra vez sin duda.
