Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή αν έχεις μεταφορικό μέσο και θέλεις ένα μέρος να ξεκουραστείς μακριά από φασαρίες αλλά να έχεις και πρόσβαση σε πιο κεντρικά μέρη της περιοχής. Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου είναι φανταστικό παρότι δεν είναι υπεύθυνο για τα συγκεκριμένα δωμάτια... Και η ρεσεψιόν και η κυρία στο μπαρ που είναι πραγματικά υπέροχη!!
Ας ξεκινήσουμε ότι υπάρχει παραπληροφόρηση. Το ξενοδοχείο έχει πουλήσει κάποια από τα δωμάτια του , και είναι τα εν λόγω δωμάτια που κάνετε την κράτηση στη συγκεκριμένη σελίδα. Η ρεσεψιόν δεν γνωρίζει τίποτα για τα συγκεκριμένα δωμάτια καθώς δεν ανήκουν στον ίδιο ιδιοκτήτη. Το δωμάτιο μας μιλούσε για ιδιωτική πισίνα, πράγμα που δεν υπήρχε. Υπάρχουν αυτά τα δωμάτια αλλά ανήκουν στο olympiada girni suites και βρίσκονται στο ισόγειο. Επίσης το δωμάτιο δεν είναι τόσο άνετο όσο φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, είναι όμως όμορφο και καθαρό. Επικοινώνησα με την booking και ανέφερα αυτή την πληροφορία όμως ο ιδιοκτήτης αρνήθηκε την οποιαδήποτε επιστροφή χρημάτων, κάτι που δεν με ένοιαζε, απλά ήταν κρίμα να την πατήσει κι άλλος κόσμος.

The hotel is lovely. Location is good, also there is free parking which is great
The room was not properly cleaned. The floor was dirty, and there were spots and stains throughout the bathroom. Someone before us had used the coffee cup, and it had not been cleaned. It was simply placed on the drying mat while still visibly dirty, which left a very bad impression. Furthermore, the description of the room clearly states that it has a private pool. However, in reality, there is NO private pool for our room. When we raised the issue at reception, we were told that they could not help us and were given a phone number for the owner of the building.
I spoke with him, and after checking the situation, he explained that he owns half of the building, while the other half is managed by someone else, whom I could contact through Booking. After contacting that person, we were told that the pool is private only for the hotel guests and that our room does not have a private pool, regardless of what is stated in the description on the website.
This is extremely disappointing and misleading. We specifically chose and booked this accommodation based on the information provided in the room description, including the private pool. What we received does not match what was advertised.

I liked the pool at the hotel. The beach is right across from the hotel, and Paralia Katerinis is about 5 km away. The hotel staff (I emphasize the hotel staff) was very kind and helpful! Thank you!
I didn't like the fact that it wasn't written in the ad, and after I made the reservation I wasn't informed that the apartment I was renting was actually privately owned, and didn't belong to the hotel! Before the trip I asked about the hotel reception and didn't get any answer (apparently due to the fact that the hotel is a separate entity).
Communication with the landlord, who never introduced himself, was very difficult, almost non-existent. Thanks to the hotel staff who were so kind to provide what was missing, even though it was not their duty.
Constructive remark: even if you forgot to refill the toilet paper, at least you should have replied to my message that you would deliver it to the door of the room. Also, there was no dryer.. so we are at the seaside: wet towels, swimsuits, clothes.. where was I supposed to dry them? And last but not least: for 4 nights, the room could have been cleaned at least once. I didn't mind that I cleaned it myself, but for this price it's not okay for a guest to clean it themselves.
I can ignore all the small flaws, but at least you had contacted me! I have never stayed in a place where the landlord was silent and did not help with any questions that arose. All the small remarks pale in comparison to the lack of communication!
