Dommages à Tamaris !

L'accueil téléphonique était convenable et amical. L'intérieur de l'appartement était bien côté murs, chambre (avec douche et toilette), salons et cuisine. L'emplacement était parfait pour cette réservation. Si amélioration des lieux, l'appartement pourrait convenir à tout le monde...

Le responsable n'a pas tenu ses promesses en cas de besoin. Il ne s'est jamais présenté... ni à l'arrivée ni au départ... ? Il ne répondait plus à nos demandes du premier au dernier jour, car d'autres priorités que la location. Pas de table pour les repas, pas de couverts ni ustensiles de cuisine. Frigo en partie sale. La seconde salle de bain et à refaire (ventilation HS, remontée des odeurs égouts... fuite toilette... obligés de fermer le robinet à chaque utilisation pour éviter pertes d'eau... robinetterie à refaire...). Dommage... Et pour clôturer le tout... les serrures de portes sont à refaire, surtout la porte de l'immeuble où la clé risque de casser à tout moment, avec le risque de dormir à la belle 🌟 ⭐️ 🌠 ✡️ étoile. Quel gâchis!!!... La redevance a été payée 126 €, sauf que le loueur est un particulier et non un établissement déclaré... Belle arnaque sur Booking qui ne vérifie pas la responsabilité societale dans les deux SENS.

El alojamiento no tiene aire acondicionado y hay mosquitos por la noche si abres las ventanas entran los mosquitos y no puedes dormir y la instalaciones del baño están un poco malas
