The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to either Sliema (ferry port) or St Julians Bay and walking distance to various bus routes.
All the staff are very friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are very clean and the beds comfy.
As we were out all day, the room was perfect and had everything we needed.
While the hottub on the balcony might be a great bonus for many, we would have preferred space on the balcony for a couple of chairs to sit there in the evening and overlooking the city/bay. But that's a personal preference.
The breakfast was OK but could have had a bit more variety. Sadly, the warm food was not always warm/hot.

i liked that the room had self catering appliances which made it very easy to make my
hot drink in the mornings and food when i didn't want to go out an buy food i was able to cook myself food.
if someone has booked a room with a jacuzzi it should be checked before the person checks in to avoid having a room change happen. other than this i had no complaints regarding this hotel

I highly recommend it—a very beautiful, clean hotel with staff that are absolutely outstanding (a 1000/10 rating). It is a place where I can truly say I was completely relaxed, thanks to the staff.

Nice room, high up, finish from the hotel has potential. Jacuzzi and terrace are nice.
Room was dirty when arriving, food on the floor, kitchen and bathroom, even plates inside the closet where dirty, hairs in the drawers. If you leave after 10.30, there’s no room service.
