Good central location, but still quiet as the apartment was on the 4th floor (elevator is available). The apartment has everything you need. Free Wi-Fi was available too as well as an extra key to the apartment.
The seat of the sofa (sofa bed) kept sliding out on its wheels when two persons sat on it. There was probably some locking mechanism that should prevent that but wasn’t working.
The guest parking (3 tight spots) is shared. You’re not guaranteed a place to park, but street parking is also available so that is not much of a problem.

Davvero soddisfatti!!!

It was well located for visiting the local area, there were plenty of shops for food and clothing nearby and it was reasonably priced.
it was a little tricky to get out of the parking area but otherwise nothing worth commenting on.
