The location was perfect and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. Private parking was included and the apartment was clean. 2 min walk to the main street with all the bars, restaurants and shopping. AC was cold and nights were quiet. Overall an excellent money value compared to other properties in the area.
While this wasn't a problem for me, if you are planning on remote working, be aware that the WIFI router is not connected to a wired source, but uses a mobile SIM card, so it is essential the same as using the hotspot on your phone. This is a problem if you're doing video calls, as the PING on mobile data in Villasimius (and most of Sardegna) is extremely laggy, around 400ms. This will cause serious video buffering and interruptions.

Struttura consigliatissima!
