We were delighted with the apartment. As an older couple, it's proximity to the Ferry was ideal, and by Preko standards the incline was short and not too steep. It was easy to communicate via messages prior to our arrival and we gained access well ahead of our scheduled time. We were warmly welcomed by family members who live upstairs and provided us with delicious cakes! The apartment is immaculately presented, very well equipped and is on the ground floor. No steps! Both bedrooms have large double beds. Although there is no view, the terrace benefits from comfortable outdoor furniture and a shady spot. Overall we were very pleased and would certainly recommend.
The air conditioning works well but is primarily in the lounge. If both rooms are used during the height of summer, a fan in both, as opposed to just the master, might be ideal.

Sve je super. Domaćin je odličan, drag i iznimno uslužan. Objekt ima sve što treba, blizu mora, blizu centra i izuzetno je čist. Auto ima garažu. Topla preporuka.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment as a group of 4. It is modern, spacious, and extremely well-equipped for four people. You can’t beat the location: only a 5-minute walk to the beach and the city center. On top of that, our host was amazingly sweet and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was top-notch, and we would definitely love to come back!

To był fantastyczny pobyt! Apartament był bardzo czysty, przestronny i świetnie wyposażony. Lokalizacja jest doskonała – blisko plaży, sklepów i restauracji, a jednocześnie panuje tu cisza i spokój. Gospodarze okazali się niezwykle serdeczni i gościnni. Na powitanie czekały na nas pyszne słodycze, co było bardzo miłym gestem. Równie ciepłe było pożegnanie – dzięki temu czuliśmy się naprawdę wyjątkowo i mile widziani przez cały pobyt. Z całego serca polecam ten apartament. Jeśli ponownie odwiedzimy Preko, z przyjemnością zatrzymamy się tutaj jeszcze raz!
