Logement sympa (refait à neuf), accueillant, très bien équipé et propre.
Logement climatisé.
Proche du centre de Naples (environ 15 minutes à pied).
L’hôte est très gentil et disponible pour nous assurer un bon séjour.
Merci beaucoup de mettre à disposition le petit panier avec tout le nécessaire pour un bon petit-déjeuner, ainsi que les boissons au frigo.
Sommier à lattes du lit qui fait du bruit.

Kleines, komplett ausgestattetes, modernes Apartment, ideal gelegen in Neapels Centro Storico, liebevoll ausgestattet. Man erreicht in wenigen Minuten die U-Bahn (die man aber kaum braucht, da alles Wichtige fußläufig zu erreichen ist), und braucht auch nur wenige Minuten zum touristischen Zentrum um Via dei Tribunali und Via Duomo. Dennoch ist das Apartment recht ruhig gelegen an einem kleinen Platz, auf den man vom Balkon aus blickt – ideal, um den Tag entspannt anzugehen oder ausklingen zu lassen. Teresa ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin – sie präsentiert zum Empfang neapolitanisches Gebäck, fragt auch zwischendurch nach, ob man etwas braucht, und schickt Fotos und sogar ein Video, das genau zeigt, wie man mit Code und Schlüssel ins Haus kommt. Für Getränke und kleines Frühstück ist gesorgt (natürlich bekommt man in der Umgebung auch alles von Croissant und Sfogliatelle bis Pizza und Arancini, und den besten neapolitanischen Caffè).
Small, fully equipped, modern apartment ideally located in the historic center of Naples, lovingly decorated and only a few minutes from the subway (which you hardly need, however, as everything important is within walking distance), and also just a few minutes from the touristic center around Via dei Tribunali and Via Duomo. Still, the apartment sits in a rather quiet small square that you can look out on from the balcony – a perfectly relaxing way to start and end the day! Teresa is a most attentive hostess – she presents Neapolitan pastries as a welcome, asks if you need anything in between, and sends photos and even a video showing exactly how to get into the house, using a code and keys. Drinks and small breakfast are provided (of course, you can also get everything – from croissants and sfogliatelle to pizza and arancini, and the best Neapolitan caffè – in the immediate neighbourhood).

Super consigliato!!!
Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per qualche giorno e mi sono trovata davvero molto bene. L’alloggio è di recente costruzione, ben arredato e curato nei dettagli, oltre ad essere fornito di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri.
Un punto di forza è sicuramente la disponibilità della proprietaria, davvero gentile e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Si è mostrata sempre disponibile a venire incontro alle mie richieste e a cercare una soluzione alle mie necessita.
Nel complesso è stata un’ottima esperienza e sceglierei nuovamente questo posto per un soggiorno a Napoli.

La anfitriona dejó todo preparado con comida para el desayuno y bebida en la nevera. Nos llamó para asegurarse de que todo estaba bien. Además, también nos dejó un dulce típico de Nápoles de bienvenida. Quedamos muy agradecidos por su amabilidad y generosidad. Además, el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para pasar una cómoda estancia y la ubicación era perfecta. También cabe destacar que el apartamento tiene aire acondicionado, indispensable para poder soportar el calor de agosto en Italia.
