Burj View clean and afforable apartment

It was an amazing apartment in the downtown with a view of burj khalifa. Must visit.

Nothing much. There was little delay in the check in.

1 / 10

The apartment was not as advertised, was unclean, and the overall experience was disappointing and not worth the price.

I would like to file a complaint regarding my stay. The apartment I received was completely different from the photos shown on Booking.com. It was not clean, and the bed caused me severe itching, making my stay very uncomfortable. Considering the condition of the apartment, I believe it was not worth the amount I paid. My reservation was for three nights, but I only stayed for one night because I could not continue staying there due to these issues. I kindly request a full refund for the remaining nights, and I also ask you to consider refunding my stay because the property did not match its advertised condition. In addition, the check-in experience was very poor. I had to wait for approximately two hours before an employee arrived and handed me the apartment key. Another concern is that I was added to a WhatsApp group with five unknown people. They requested a copy of my passport through the group, and almost all of the phone numbers in the group were Indian numbers, with only one UAE number. This made me feel very uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about my privacy and the security of my personal information. Overall, this experience was far below the standard I expected from a property listed on Booking.com. I hope Booking.com will investigate this matter and provide an appropriate refund and resolution. Thank you for your assistance.
