We spent a very long time choosing a place to stay since this was our first seaside vacation in Italy. We were looking for something family-friendly and not far from the beach. The apartment completely met our expectations.
It had everything needed for a comfortable stay: towels, bed linen, kitchen utensils and tableware, and a clothes drying rack. When I say everything, I literally mean everything: a kettle, a capsule coffee machine, a moka pot, a sandwich maker, a steamer, lots of different pots, and so on. Even napkins, cleaning supplies, sugar, coffee, and salt. Plus an ironing board, an iron, and plenty of hangers—there simply isn't enough space here to list it all!
Very convenient parking!
At the same time, the apartment itself is spacious, with a nice renovation and a great layout; nobody got in each other's way, and a big balcony is a huge plus. But the greatest helpers were four things: the dishwasher, the washing machine, the robot vacuum, and the air conditioning, which made our evenings simply wonderful. We could rest well in the cool air and gather our strength for the next day.
It is also worth noting the convenient location: right nearby there is a bus stop, supermarkets that stay open even during siesta, and plenty of different cafes just in case you don't feel like cooking yourselves. Moreover, the people everywhere were extremely nice and friendly.
And our child loved the bed so much that they now want us to buy the exact same bunk bed for home! 😁
So, to anyone looking for an apartment "just like home, but by the sea," this is my highest recommendation. I also want to give a special shoutout to the host: very polite, giving useful tips and hints, yet without any feeling of constant control or imposition. That adds a huge plus to the comfort of the stay.
We will gladly come back next time, because we loved Grado so much. Thank you to the wonderful host and lovely Italy for a fantastic vacation!

Our host, Antonio was really kind and helpful. We could easily get into the apartment, which was very well-equipped (there was a flat screen TV in 2 rooms, air conditioning, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, etc.) and nice and clean too. The layout was also very practical. The location was also great, we could easily reach the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets (5-10 minutes on foot). Good value for money.
