There is potential; they need to improve quality of service and customer satisfaction experience.
The apartment is located in a serene estate, about 500 metres from the main road, making it easily accessible. Though the current map location is not accurate – this needs to be updated.
The apartment is poor in facility;
1. No alternate power – we were at the mercy of the commercially available power supply. These factors made power to the apartment unreliable; at least twice during our stay we had a power outage of more than 4 hours per episode (the night of Saturday 22nd August, between 3 and 9 pm, and the morning of Sunday between 7 and 11 am, we checked out). This outage was brought to the attention of the facility manager, who made no attempt to rectify the situation until we had almost a verbal confrontation on Saturday night, when a shabby generator was brought that could only power the lights for about 15 mins before power was restored.
2. A/C (climate control) was only available in the master bedroom and the main living room; the other 3 rooms had a standing fan – which is not conducive in the hot weather.
3. No attempt was made to clean the apartment throughout my stay; we had to resolve to maintain the apartment ourselves.
4. No in-house reception or contact persons; the facility manager had to be reached by phone (sometimes unavailable) to respond to any concerns we had.
5. No internet (wifi) was available on site against the claim made in their description. This issue was raised but causally dismissed by the manager, who seemed accustomed to not providing the connectivity.
6. Only 2 of 4 bathrooms had running hot water, other heaters were not responding.
Overall, the inconsistent power supply was of the most impact on me during my stay.
