With a reasonable price, it might be worth it.

The staff that welcomed us was great, we even received a little gift. Plenty of parking space. Honestly the only saving grace was the AC that worked really well and kept the apartment nice and comfortable.

Not worth the money. 2nd floor, 20 minutes of walking from the beach. We had no oven or microwave so we couldn't make some food we bought. The ceiling is super low and both of us banged out heads multiple times every day. We also had issues with centipedes coming out of the drain in the bathroom.
