Great host and great place

The host was extremely helpful. The accommodation is not very far from town and walkable to any of places. Nice view of river from apartment.

Advertised amenities do not match reality for families

Responsive host who acknowledged errors when brought to their attention.

Disappointing stay for a family. Shower gel was pictured online, but none was provided. The biggest issue was hot water: the apartment uses a 28-liter compact water heater that cannot support back-to-back showers for four people. The hot water ran out entirely 3 minutes into the last shower. Not recommended for multi-person stays unless you plan to wait 45+ minutes between showers.

River view, Hotel Vibe?

View from the room. The cleanliness. The location.

Not enough facilities such as kitchen towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, condiments, oil. The dishwasher stopped working on the second day. We could not use the lift to get to the fourth floor (we had to carry our baggage using the steps). The Karaoke bar four floors below us kept us awake until very late on Friday night despite the description mentioning that the rooms had soundproofing. Places we have stayed in, in the past have always provided kitchen and bathroom supplies mentioned above. The communication was only through messages. It seems like our concerns were not dealt with as if they were not important. This is very disappointing.

A great location and a wonderful view from the window!

Everything is new, clean and practical. A great location in the city centre, with a wonderful view from the window. The hosts are helpful and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this flat to everyone looking for a place to stay.
