Scam. DOT BOOK
Nothing. This is a scam. Property does not exist
This is a scam. DO NOT BOOK
Why have booking.com not removed this listing???

Total scam - the property owner should have their flat removed from the site and all other properties as well.
We paid for a one night stay through booking.com, then the property owner sent a request for a £500 damage deposit. I was concerned because booking.com’s information with the reservation stated they will never ask for additional money and avoid fraud if asked for more money, so I called booking.com customer service to verify if this was a scam - they said it was not. Since I am a USA resident and do not have a UK bank account I know that if I transferred the money it would take up to 48-hours to be received. My daughter had a UK account and I told the Little London manager I was speaking with through chat, and I transferred the money. Then after 3-4 hours passed, and not getting any response to my requests if they received the money I assumed I was scammed and called customer service again. While customer service was trying to get the property manager on the phone they called me and said they got the looney, I also merged the calls so the customer service agent could hear the call and assist. The Little London person then said my they would not provide my the flat and because their policy states all people need to be 38 years old and my kids are 20 and 24 years old. Booking.com was able to cancel the stay and I did not have to pay a cancel fee of £288, but I had no place to stay and I was still out £500 for a one night stay that costed less then £400 for the rental per night. It has now been over 24-hours since the incident and I have not received my damage deposit from the property manager yet. The property is being managed by people overseas, the Phillipines from the accent most likely. They would not have a person meet me at the property to verify who I was. Meanwhile they have copies of my whole families passports and my £500 deposit.
This is a scam property. I have rented several apartments and flats a with no issues, but this property is a total scam. I also think the positive reviews listed for it are fake or manufactured, as there are other reviews from people stating this was a scam. I with I would have never reserved.

Scam
Absolute scam artists. They accepted my booking and took the money from me but never sent me the details of how to get into the property. I sent multiple messages and tried to call the phone that booking.com had listed and the number doesn't even exist. I still can't get hold of them to get a refund and even worse booking.com won't assist in any way.

DO NOT BOOK IT IS A SCAM! PROPERTY DOESN'T EXIST, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, CANCEL YOUR STAY HOURS TO GO
Nothing. The host cancelled the stay 2 hours before arrival when i had already arrived in London with my 3 daughters. They did not let Booking.com know and i had to therefore wait until 4pm check in time before i could be refunded and then book somewhere else.

I paid a £500 deposit to the host directly, they wanted passport details, proof of address, bank details, everything which booking.com tell you not to do and when i spoke to Booking.com they told me to do what they were asking! so what is the point?
