Bait and switch!

The pictures in the advertisement show an entire house. Like 100 pictures but the pics include a bunch of stuff that you do not actually get. It’s called false advertising, fraudulent, borderline criminal. Owner was really apologetic and seemed like a decent fellow... he offered us access to his pool but we decline. I think he genuinely felt bad. I wanted to leave so bad… Booking agency said “I see how you could be confused but you got what you booked.” Show me a picture of a car with shiny tires then sell me just the tires. I was so pissed off I almost left. Fortunately my wife and two sons had a good attitude about it and encouraged me to just accept I got tricked. Booking agency was called Holidu… should be Holidudu (as in poop). These guys are liars. Also, they don’t clearly disclose that the pool in the pictures is shared with other renters. Picture needs a caption that says “shared pool.” This experience was a black eye on an otherwise great trip to Portugal. Cheating loser crooks need to clean this listing up!
