Wonderful accommodation. Modern design, a comfortable bed, a clean private bathroom, and a well-equipped shared kitchen with refrigerators, a kettle, cooking utensils, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, and more.
The room was comfortable and warm. The bedding was excellent. Free Wi-Fi is available, as well as a TV with YouTube, Netflix, HBO, and other services.
The location is good, especially for those, who planning to visit Tartu National Park, as it is easy to get there by public transport. The bus stop is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There are several buses running every hour to Kuźnice station. However, keep in mind that during the high season, buses can be packed in the mornings/evenings, and you may not be able to get on planned one. Getting to the city center is also convenient.
The host is very friendly and lovely. Despite the language barrier, we were able to communicate and sort everything out without any problems.
Areas for improvement: The soundproofing might be improved, as you can hear sounds from the corridor in the room. It would also be nice to provide basic bathroom amenities such as shampooa and shower gel for example. Air conditioning or a fan would also make the stay more comfortable.
Good to know for travelers: There is a €4 tourist tax that must be paid in cash.

Raw Pine wood smell everywhere!
Ok location. Kind of hard to find.
Cafe with cooking utensils and coffee maker for use. At least I used them, because there was nobody else in the building!
Shower was NICE!
I was given one towel for 3 nights and nobody ever came back to the property to check on me. I was the ONLY one there for THREE days! Not one check-in by staff. Had to lock the front door of the building like I owned the damn place. Had a room key and a master key 🤔. My bed was a pullout and it was wildly uncomfortable. Like laying on a plywood board. Bed Sheets are stiff as cardboard, and comforter was polyester. Like covering with a trash bag. Sweaty under the covers, cold if not covered because there’s no climate control in the room. Not an issue in September when the temps are perfect at night, but feels crazy to have one temp control for the whole facility.
