Everything was great, bright and modern with excellent facilities with excellent decor and furnishing choices.
The only complaint I would have if I was being picky, is there was a stain on the bed covers, and the carpet going up the stairs were a bit discoloured from people going up and down in their shoes, which is of no fault of the owners. Otherwise, everything was perfectly clean and tidy.

In was very noisy as its right on the street with alot of cars and people walking past late at night. Also the property is hard to find as it isn't called Beeches Retreat its actually a street number. If I hadn't rung the number given we would never of found it
