Good place to spend a few days in Madrid

I had such a wonderful time traveling with my friends - there were three of us, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The place had everything we needed, including a moka pot, so we could start our mornings with a lovely coffee on the terrace. Overall, it was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the instructions were easy to follow. It really made our trip special!

Disappointment, had difficulties to work from hope, felt helpless

Nothing! Great disappointment!

Was the worse experience for us via booking.com! Problems with electronic keys all the time. Problems with electricity. Note - this is a room,Maybe a studio, but not an apartment with 2 distinguished rooms. No working air conditioning during summer time. Registered by technician, but not fixed! 2 ventilators existing in the room upon arrival -a clear sign that there’s no working air conditioning! The terrace - could not be used by guests, as it’s a factory for the air conditioning bodies for the whole building /5 of them/ and it’s extremely hot and noisy there.

Problèmes de sécurité, serrure défectueuse et assistance inexistante

Notre séjour a été une véritable déception et a très mal commencé. Dès le premier jour (vendredi), nous avions payé un supplément de 30 € pour pouvoir accéder au logement en avance. Résultat : impossible d'y accéder à l'heure de notre arrivée malgré ce paiement ! De plus, une fois sur place, nous avons constaté un grave problème de sécurité : la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble restait ouverte, accessible à n'importe quel passant dans la rue. Nous avons immédiatement envoyé une photo au propriétaire pour signaler ce dysfonctionnement, mais rien n'a été fait. Le cauchemar a continué le deuxième jour, le matin de notre départ en rdv. Cette même porte à serrure connectée a cette fois-ci totalement cessé de fonctionner. Nous nous sommes retrouvés bloqués à l'extérieur après avoir descendu nos premiers bagages pour le taxi, avec le reste de nos affaires coincé à l'intérieur ! Conséquence directe de cette situation : nous avons manqué un rendez-vous très important. L'assistance a été désastreuse. Les hôtes ne parlaient pas anglais, le service dédié à la location était soit injoignable au téléphone, soit incapable de nous aider. Nous n'avons pu réaccéder au logement que par un coup de chance absolu, grâce à une personne (probablement du ménage) passée par là 45 minutes plus tard. Il est totalement irrespectueux et impensable de louer un logement sans même pouvoir y accéder. À l'intérieur, l'état de l'appartement laissait tout autant à désirer : ⚬ Une odeur d'égout nauséabonde dans la salle de bain. ⚬ Une fuite d'eau au niveau de la douche. ⚬ Certains éléments tout bonnement cassés, comme le bureau dans l'une des chambres. Je laisse cet avis très amer pour alerter les futurs voyageurs et exiger que ce loueur revoie totalement ses services. J'espère que cela évitera à d'autres personnes de vivre de telles situations à l'avenir. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement.

Piso muy cómodo y de buen gusto

El departamento era cómodo, moderno y de buen gusto. La ubicación también era muy buena por qué nos pudimos mover al centro fácilmente en metro y también había un supermercado enfrente.

Faltaban algunos utensilios en la cocina. No había cobijas en las camas ni en el piso
