Prawidłowe value for money - dostajesz to, za co zapłaciłeś.

Najważniejsze, że kontakt z właścicielką był bardzo dobry, tak samo jak i dostanie się do mieszkania bezproblemowe. Przy budynku jest też zamykany parking dla 3 samochodow, z którego po uzgodnieniu z właścicielką można skorzystać (jeśli masz rowery na bagażniku dachowym, będziesz musiał je zdjąć). Mieszkanie duże i ciekawie urządzone. Okolica OK - najważniejsze, że nie śmierdziało gorącymi śmieciami co latem bywa nie do zniesienia. Do ścisłego centrum trzeba iść 20 minutowym spacerem. W pobliży jest sklep spożywczy i pizzeria.

W mieszkaniu przydałoby się porządne sprzątanie. Pościele były czyste, kuchnia też ale ściany szare i w pajęczynach. Łazienka czysta ale przydałby się jej remont.

Najważniejsze, że kontakt z właścicielką był bardzo dobry, tak samo jak i dostanie się do mieszkania bezproblemowe.
