Unsafe, misleading, and poorly managed

We didn't like anything about this place. We left.

Communication with the host was inconsistent, and we only received the check‑in instructions an hour after the official check‑in time. We had to wait outside with no way to get in, and the host’s phone wasn’t responsive. The apartment is inside an unfinished building, which didn’t feel safe at all. The photos make the place look large and spacious, but in reality it’s much smaller and had an unpleasant smell.

Décevant en tout point

Rien en particulier.

L'accès au logement mal organisé, communication catastrophique. L'aspect extérieur est vraiment décevant, un immeuble en mauvais état sur un site semblant abandonné. Douche vraiment mal faite. Propreté laissant à désirer, odeur de renfermé. Bref décevant sur trop de points pour le prix.

Tromperie entre la réalité du logement et l annonce

La situation proche du centre de village et de la plage

Le logement n était pas propre à notre arrivée, les draps idem, les alentours et l accès du logement font penser à un endroit inoccupé depuis bien longtemps et laissé à l abandon. La vaisselle semblait grasse et pas propre, j ai acheté des gobelets pour boire et une poêle pour cuisinier... Le volet de la cuisine ne descend pas et le caisson manque de se décrocher...la pelle et la balayette sont cassés, le balai mérite d être changé...la salle de bain, la pire des pièces , complètement délabré, avec un coin métallique qui sort et qui est très dangereux, l évacuation d eau de la douche est compliqué, le siphon doit être complètement bouché...le coin du mur de la douche est tout arraché. Les joints de la paroi sont plus étanches, c est l inondation si par malheur la douche gicle vers la paroi tout coule dehors La fenêtre baie vitrée de la chambre ne s ouvre pas en entier, les gonds sont à la limite de céder, et le volet ne se ferme pas jusqu'à en bas. Bref une honte pour le prix demandé, un logement géré en amont par une conciergerie, à se demander ce qu ils font comme vérification, contrôle avant mise en location... Frais de ménage facturé dans la location, on se demande pourquoi vu l état du logement... Ah oui j allais oublier le meilleur : les poubelles ...elles sont situées à l entrée de la propriété, et elles n ont pas du être vidées depuis des semaines....c est juste atroce....

FUYEZ !!!!!

pas loin du centre ville et de la plage

Voilà tous les problèmes constatés : 1)Télécommande télé sans coque et sale (photo à l'appui) 2)Télécommande clim cassé donc impossible à utiliser (photo à l'appui) 3)Lumière salle de bain. Le système musical de fonctionne pas 4)Vaisselle manquante : appartement fait pour 4 personnes. Que 3 coupes de champagne et 3 verres a bière 3 verres a vin mais c est pas grave car il y a pas de tire bouchon, ni de décapsuleur ni de ciseau pour couper un emballage, ni rien. Mais aussi une seule petite cuillère. J'ai du acheter un limonadier 5)Appartement livré sale. j ai lavé le sol dès mon arrivé. Des toiles d'araignées aux fenêtres et aux murs. (photo à l'appui) 6)Comment brancher le micro-onde ou la cafetière pas de prise proche ??? Mettez une multiprise !!! J ai du en acheter une. (photo à l'appui) 7)Plan de travail cuisine a changer. (photo à l'appui) 8)Douche a revoir , jointure (photo à l'appui) 9)Placards de la cuisine sale et gras (photo a l appui) 10)Lumière du frigo ne fonctionne pas (photo a l appui) 11)volet électrique cuisine hors service 12)Tâche sur canapé. (photo à l'appui) 13)Tâche sur coussin canapé (photo à l'appui) 14)Jardin extérieur horreur (photo à l'appui) 15)Poêle sale (photo à l'appui) 16)Plaques de cuisson non nettoyé. (photo à l'appui) 17)Y a un four mais il n'y a pas de plat pour le four 18)Réservation 1 semaine donc 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette, 1 seul sac poubelle. Bonne gestion 19)État de la spatule sale et a changer. Jamais laver (photo à l'appui) 20)Vaisselle sale !!! Surtout lavez votre vaisselle avant utilisation. 21)Insonorisation absente avec les voisins du dessus. Ils ne font rien de mal mais des qu'ils marchent cela grince énormément. Horrible !!!! 22)Pas d alaise pour la protection du matelas. Donc pas de protection microbienne EN CONCLUSION : A FUIRE !!!!!

L'appart était très bien. Un peu loin des plages. Endroit calme. Découverte de la plage des Hemmes à Oye plage très peu fréquentée. Belle, notre chien y était très heureuse.

La taque de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai appelé Karim, le responsable trois fois. pas de réponse.......Compliqué de cuisiner...... uniquement avec le four!
