Worst booking I’ve ever made.

The entire experience from arriving to leaving was very unpleasant and disappointing. The outside property is very dirty and the moment I opened the door the inside smell was unbearable. The place has a severe mold problem and the owner obviously just paints over the evidence, except for some areas that shows there is definitely a mold problem. The bedding was itchy, the couch was dirty, and every cabinet had that suffocating smell of mold. I wanted to hang some of my clothing in the closet, but this wasn’t possible because the moment I opened the closet door it would make the room smell worse of mold and chemicals. The property looks nothing like the photos. Clearly the photos were taken from certain angles and then photoshopped or AI to make it look pleasant and clean. If you’re paying to stay at a property then it should also be set up nicely, not dead, rotted indoor flowers and not a grungy and gross couch in the corner of the dining room or all the dining room chairs shouldn’t be piled on top of the table as well. We had to lay down towels on the couch and beds because everything felt so dirty. We decided to find accommodations elsewhere the next morning and requested to cancel the booking. We were willing to pay for the one night we stayed, but would have liked a refund for the other 2 nights. The owner was absolutely not willing to cooperate and decided to phone call my son in law and daughter to harass them over the phone. THIS IS NOT A SECURE PROPERTY. We could not lock the door and had to push the couch against the front door so that we can go to sleep. The sliding window door also won’t lock, but luckily it has a security guard over it. When we decided to leave in the morning it took 10 minutes to be able to lock the door. This was such an upsetting booking. I do not recommend anyone staying here, especially if you have kids because even my small grandchildren felt uncomfortable and they were nauseated from the awful mold smell.

Nothing but jus disappointed

Very disappointing rexperience, especially for a family travelling with a wheelchair user. Before booking, I specifically contacted the host and explained that my daughter uses an electric wheelchair. I asked whether the property had step-free access, and I was told that it did. The host even sent me a photograph. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was a large step at the entrance, making it impossible for my daughter to enter and leave safely in her wheelchair. I had to use rocks to create a temporary makeshift ramp. The property was also extremely hot because there was no air conditioning. The host initially promised to provide fans, but they were not provided. The following day, I was told to open the windows instead. This was not a suitable solution for my children, who were worried about mosquitoes and spiders. There were also problems with the key collection. The key safe did not work and the code provided was incorrect, meaning we had to contact the host to find the key, which had been hidden outside. Overall, the property was not as described, particularly regarding wheelchair accessibility. This caused considerable stress and ruined a significant part of what should have been a family holiday. I raised these issues with Booking.com and requested a refund, but unfortunately the refund was refused. I would strongly recommend that anyone travelling with a wheelchair or requiring genuine step-free access carefully checks the accessibility themselves before booking, rather than relying solely on the host’s description.

we werden driekwartier voor aankomst gebeld dat de schoonmaakster pas om 16:00 kwam en we mochten eigenlijk vanaf 14:00 er al in we moesten verplicht uit het huisje toen de schoonmaakster kwam en moesten we buiten twee en halve uur buiten wachten huis was vies en het stonk wifi deed het niet na 1 dag en de laatste avond was er geen warm water er was geen vuilnisbak om vuil buiten te gooien het rook niet fris in het huisje
