We liked the space and layout of this place. The kitchen served us well. It was nice to feel the street energy between downtown and the malecon. Very conveniently located. So many good restaurants bakeries etc very close. The AC worked well and made a difference during a very hot time. Very nice hosts.
The same location advantage is also a disadvantage. Our room had big windows to the street and there is a lot of noise, alarms, music etc. In that area, we would prefer something off the street.
The bed. The one in ours came with a thin hot soft foam top on a box spring. It was not good. The hosts were kind to change it out from another apt but then that was a bouncy box spring. Which was worse? I ended up sleeping on the floor so the bouncing didn't wake us up.
The family had a big party on the shared rooftop on our second night until 2 am. They had a rock band and it was LOUD. Earplugs did little against the bass and drums. We couldn't sleep or anything and were exhausted the next day. I think it was a rare event and just our bad luck but suggest that you ask first to assure that there are no parties planned for your stay.
Overall it was still a good value for our budget and would recommend with those caveats.

La ubicación está en un punto estratégico todo queda muy cerca. el acceso es facil y la habitacion tiene todo para una estancia agradable.
el check out son muy temprano a las 11am, el lugar esta muy comodo y amplio solo la terraza le falta mas limpieza, pero me llevo buena experiencia.
