Simply excellent. Upon arrival, the Happy Day Annexe was presented exactly as per the photos. The host was very friendly and presented the keys. The room was really clean, no odours and is just next door to the university of Warwick along with a Tesco just down the road - 10/10 for convenience and hospitality. Also features a modern kitchen along with a peaceful and pleasant garden area for unwinding. The host answered all of my questions with quick responses and it was easy to return the keys. The Happy Day Annexe had everything I needed and I fully recommend staying here - I would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Happy Day Annexe. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet and convenient, making it a great place to relax. Maoying was a wonderful host, very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.
