The views are incredible, can’t be many places you can see Statue, Empire state and a bit of Central Park from one place. Location is perfect with a short walk to Times Square and the Subway. Lively area with lots of bars and restaurants. Host was very responsive, helpful and clear check in / out instructions. Large comfy beds and very clean apartment with plenty of amenities.
Sofa is very low and hard for an elderly person to get up from. The elevator in the building can take a long time to arrive as is very busy building.

We had a such wonderful stay in this high floor breathtaking view apartment! It is a very rare find in NYC. With a lot of space and very comfortable. Elevators, laundry, fully equipped kitchen. Excellent location. Easy walk to everything. Very clean. Don't hesitate! Highly recommended! We want to stay here again when return to NYC.
