Nuestra experiencia fue muy negativa. Los baños del departamento que reservamos se encontraban sucios y, además, no había agua caliente durante nuestra estadía.
Al comunicar el problema al conserje, este se comunicó con el propietario del departamento. Inicialmente, el propietario indicó que solucionaría el problema al día siguiente, a pesar de que nuestro check-out era justamente al día siguiente, por lo que la solución prácticamente no nos servía.
Posteriormente, comenzaron a dar diferentes explicaciones, primero indicando que posiblemente no había gas. Finalmente, el propietario intentó desconocer el problema y afirmó que no había inconveniente con el agua caliente, lo cual no correspondía con lo que nosotros estábamos experimentando.
Consideramos que la atención ante un problema básico como contar con agua caliente fue pésima, y la falta de limpieza de los baños empeoró aún más la experiencia. Esperábamos que el alojamiento cumpliera con las condiciones básicas ofrecidas y que, ante un inconveniente, el propietario mostrara disposición real para solucionarlo.
No recomendamos este alojamiento debido a la falta de limpieza, la ausencia de agua caliente y, sobre todo, la deficiente respuesta del propietario ante nuestra queja.
