Close to the beach, 5 mins walk. Nearby everything, from market store, farmacies, restaurants, beach, fast food... Parking in the garage under the apartment. The apartment has a separate entrance, with code. Both rooms have air conditioning.
Small issues with the water drain in the bathroom shower, water will go in the drain near the toilet, since its a walk in shower, instead of the drain inside the shower. Hopefully this will get sorted out, since its the only down-side. We managed this small inconvenience using a towel :)
