The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located close to both the city center and the airport. Since we only had small bags and an early morning flight, we were able to walk to the airport in about 30 minutes, which was a big advantage.
Unfortunately, communication was disappointing and felt disorganized throughout our stay. Although I informed the host several times about our check-in and check-out times, I kept receiving irrelevant automated messages. I also asked to be notified if early check-in became possible. The host confirmed they would let me know, but I never received any update, even after following up to ask if there was any news. In addition, we had to request the self check-in instructions ourselves, as they were not sent until we asked.
The hot water supply was limited and the water was not warm enough to wash my hair comfortably. The instructions for using the hot water system were unclear and would have been much easier to follow with a photo of the electrical panel. Instead, we received two photos showing the stairs to the loft, which were self-explanatory and far less useful.
On the morning of our departure, there was no cold water at all. I reported the issue before leaving at 5 a.m., but the only response came about four hours later, asking whether the water had returned. By then, we had already checked out and arrived back in our home country.
The upstairs bedroom looks nice, but the ceiling is extremely low. At around 1.60 m tall, I still had to bend down to avoid hitting the wooden beams. Taller guests will likely find it even more uncomfortable. The loft floor also shakes noticeably with every movement, making it feel unstable. The bright green illuminated EXIT sign above the bed may be disturbing for light sleepers, as it remained visible throughout the night.
The check-out procedure requires leaving the keys inside the apartment before closing the door, so make sure you don't forget any belongings, as you won't be able to re-enter. If you need assistance afterwards, a prompt response is not guaranteed.

J’ai réservé cette chambre (studio) 4 ou 5 jours avant mon arrivée, et parmi les différentes options consultées sur Booking, celle-ci me semblait être l’une des meilleures, notamment pour son emplacement et les photos présentées.
Je souligne la réactivité et bonne communication de la part du staff. Nous avons patienté environ 5 minutes pour qu'une personne vienne nous ouvrir. Les hôtes ont choisi de communiquer principalement par WhatsApp, ce qui est plus pratique.
Le logement est situé près du centre ville ce qui est très pratique pour visiter la ville. Le quartier est très animé et bien situé, proche de la plage et des commerces. Le lit était également assez grand, même s’il y avait une séparation au milieu ce qui rendait la position un peu inconfortable.
Malheureusement, plusieurs points m’ont déçu :
La douche n’était pas du tout propre, comme on peut le voir sur les photos. Dans la cuisine, les tiroirs et les portes du meuble étaient abîmés, il manquait aussi un morceau de carrelage.
La serpillière était posée dans la salle de bain alors qu’elle était très sale.
Les escaliers dans la salle de bain menant aux étages supérieurs sont vraiment gênants : en tant que personne de grande taille, je me suis cogné la tête une fois.
J’ai aussi trouvé regrettable qu’on me rappelle à plusieurs reprises qu’il fallait absolument quitter le logement à 10h, alors qu’une seule fois aurait suffi.
À notre arrivée, nous avons également demandé une recommandation de restaurant local, mais on nous a simplement dit d’aller dans une rue où il y en avait beaucoup de restaurants, sans réelle suggestion précise.
Les photos publiées sur Booking, il n’est pas très simple de savoir précisément quelle chambre on réserve. Je pense qu’il serait beaucoup plus honnête et clair de bien identifier chaque logement afin d’éviter toute confusion.
Enfin, la machine à laver était bien présente, mais aucun produit n’était fourni pour pouvoir l’utiliser, ce que je trouve dommage. Je ne demande pas une grande quantité, mais au moins une ou deux doses pour pouvoir faire une machine.
