About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this 113 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Grosseto-Prugna, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 people.
It comprises a 60 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 700 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
- A 60 m² living area with a lounge area and TV, and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1 with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2 with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3 with two single beds and a bunk bed (sleeps 2), ideal for children (weight limit of 50 kilos per bed)
- Two shower rooms (and a toilet)
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide: a high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A private, heated swimming pool, secured by a roller shutter, measuring 4×7 metres and open from 1 April to 31 October
- An outdoor kitchen equipped with a plancha and a sink
- A beautiful 700 m² garden with a terrace and outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a quiet residential area. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Visit Ajaccio, accessible on foot by the maritime shuttle or by car (20 minutes).
- Water sports activities are nearby and within walking distance of the accommodation.
- Beaches
- Nature activities: canyoning, hiking, mountain biking
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Ajaccio airport is a 15-minute drive from the accommodation.
- Port 15 minutes' drive from the accommodation for crossing the Mediterranean to the mainland or Italy.
- A shuttle service runs several times a day to Ajaccio
