About this house rental
Welcome to the new "DRIFTWOOD COTTAGE". Our cottage by-the-sea HAPPY PLACE! (Built in 2026). We also offer a fun, bright orange 2025 JEEP GLADIATOR truck that seats 5 people and holds all the beach gear for an additional reasonable rental fee, instead of a gulf cart. The 2400 sq. ft. home is tucked away two houses to the bay in a lovely bayside neighborhood, minutes to Grayton and other 30A beach towns and many restaurants. The home and the area have a special peaceful vibe that makes you feel like you don't want to leave. You can hear birds singing, take a walk by the bay, take a leisurely bike ride on one of the many bike trails, yet close enough to explore all the vibrant beach towns! As you enter through the large screened in porch you will enter a luxury cottage that offers a warm, inviting, open concept living space for a large family, with 10' foot ceilings, decorated beautifully, large farm gathering table seating for ten, 4 large bedrooms and 3 full baths with all natural body toiletries, Inside our laundry closet has a Yeti cooler, large rubber beach bag and beach towels. The outside of the home has a private large fenced in yard with outdoor living and dining seating areas for 10, fire table, weber grill, outdoor shower, a shed where you can find 12 beach chairs, boogie boards, corn hole, beach umbrella, portable beach cabana, paddle board, 2 E-Bikes and 2 mountain bikes all for your use. We are centrally located to many beach towns along 30A. Six minutes to our home is Grayton Beach which offers beach shuttle parking and free shuttles that run every ten minutes. Nearby favorite brunch restaurants: Crackings, Black Bear Coffee Bread Co.,Aj's weekend brunch, Beignets and Brew, Hibiscus Coffee, Hotz Coffee. Many other spots in other beach towns within ten minutes. Close dinner restaurants by our house include: The Bay Restaurant, Chiringo's, Red Bar, North Beach Social, Borago Italian, Hurricane Oyster Bar, Mimmo's, Aj's dinner and dancing, Cafe 30A, Fish Out of water, Gathering Spot at Watercolor, Raw and Juicy, Shucks Gulley 12 mins and many more...There is also a shuttle service next to "The Bay Restaurant" that goes to Seaside every ten minutes which is minutes to our home. Public Beach Spots: Grayton Beach closet to house, Grayton State Park, Ed Walline, Blue Mountain Beach, Gulf View Heights, Santa Clare Seagrove and Dune Allen. Closets Airports: Panama City Airport 35 minutes and Destin Airport 45 minutes. Airport Transportation available upon request in advance with a Private driver in a luxury SUV for an additional fee up to six guests to our home, cost between $55.00-$65.00 pending airport.
