House was clean and matched pictures. Note, the garage is not a standard garage size. Anything larger then a car will not fit. When booking, VRBO said I was checked in and everything seemed good to go. Check in was 3pm, by 4pm I had not received check in instructions or door code. I had to reach out to property manager and was told I needed to send one additional picture. Sent the picture got everything to check in. Upon check in front door was unlocked, not a concern to us but may be to someone else. The townhome was hot, especially after unloading all our luggage and items. Turned the AC down on the first, second, and third floor. When checking out the hot tub we noticed only one AC unit was running. Sent a message to property manager. They asked for me to send pictures of the thermostats. They followed up while we were out and we offered to check the breaker when we returned. Breaker was not tripped, no AC on first or second floor. Received a message from property manager that they were going to get it over to maintenance. I had to follow back up with them for a time of when it was going to be fixed. Received a call around 9pm asking if it had been fixed and told them it wasnt at the time we left. Recived a message at 10:30pm we could move to a different unit for the night. We were out and that wasnt an option. I was told they were having problems with their third party. Zero follow up or communication after that. AC was not fixed before we left. We left 2 days early.
