Great little place. All you need and nothing more. 10-15 minute walk to seaside area. The management company was very responsive to a few issues we had. They did their best to solve our issues which were the front door code do not work. Luckily the back door of the property was unlocked. However for the first 48 hours of our stay we could not lock the door when we left and could not use the front door. This was resolved by day 3. Additionally the water heater was on the fritz. Again the management company was very responsive and had repair men attempting to fix the issue. However the water heater continued to have issues. Not fun to have a shower go ice cold while bathing your toddler. Extra bad whe it happens the 2nd time. No other rentals were available to move into. I mentioned that’s ok but might expect a partial refund for the trouble. There has not been any followup on that from management. I will update this if possible if any changes there. Again it was a pretty good stay and great little spot, responsive management, but those issues are worth noting.
