Located in San Teodoro, 500 meters from the famous and beautiful Capo Coda Cavallo beach, 750 m from Cala Suaraccia beach (Le Farfalle) and 1.4 km from Cala Brandinchi beach (Tahiti), villa with garden composed of living room, kitchen separate, two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), two bathrooms (with bidet and WC), large porch overlooking the private garden equipped with outdoor table and lounge in the renowned Punta Est residence with splendid sea view, equipped with all comforts: TV, washing machine, oven, hairdryer and shared swimming pool).
It is 12 km from the center of San Teodoro. The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda which is 27 km from Punta Est. The ferry terminal is 30 km away.
The residence is equipped with free parking reserved for condominiums (so our guests will have free access).

The apartment will be entirely at your disposal. You will also have free access to the condominium's sea-view pool.
In the residence there is a small square with 1 restaurant with fish specialities, 1 pizzeria, 2 bars and 1 mini-market.
You can go down to the sea (famous Capo Coda Cavallo beach) directly from the residence via a staircase. For those who prefer to go to the sea by car, the beach has a large paid car park.
I personally take care of the income and expenses. I am always available on the phone and always ready to give adequate assistance to my guests in a very short time.
