The Cottage also offers a large lot next door for holding boats for parking and charging your batteries. Great for Bass Tournaments or just leisure around the lake. This cottage is only a short walk to the great Lake Martin. Here in KBE, we have our own private boat ramp, several docs, the docs are on a first come first serve bases.
