This lovely modern apartment, with 100m2, is close to various top attractions, stores, and supermarkets. There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomic options.

The living room features a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table. The area also features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight, which brightens up the space and makes it even more inviting.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available.

The bedroom is a pleasant room with a queen bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. It comes with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

It is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

You'll have access to the shared pool and tennis court.

São Miguel, the largest island in the Azores archipelago, is a haven of lush landscapes, volcanic lakes, and coastal charm. The best way to get to the property is by car.

Ponta Delgada Airport is just 8 minutes away.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
