Nestled just a stone's throw from the Truckee River, this charming Olympic‑era mountain cabin is an ideal retreat for those seeking year‑round adventure with serenity. Thoughtfully positioned back from the road, the home offers privacy and gentle forested surroundings, while still maintaining easy access to nature's playground. Two outdoor decks (including a large upstairs deck) frame the house and provide great views of wooded terrain and glimpses of the river.
Please note that this property does not include private river access. Guests may access the river from the nearest public access point, which is within walking distance from the home. Maps and directions to recommended access areas will be provided inside the property for your convenience.
