Excellent location and great apartment. A major building renovation was going on (all work took place during the day and was not a nuisance at all though). The apartment itself is up 2 flights of stairs. It was very clean and recently updated. The neighbors and building crew were all friendly to us. This was a new listing when we booked it and it lacked a coffee maker (we went to the cafe right next to the building) and a hair dryer (we purchased one and left it behind) but there were plenty of linens, dishes, and cookware. It is a wonderfully walkable area with lots of shops, restaurants, and a convenient metro station to get anywhere in town. We would stay here again if we return to Paris!
