The “Ostseeblick 2” vacation rental in Stein is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to do more than just visit the sea—they want to enjoy it right from their vacation home: Located right on the beachfront and just about 25 m from the sandy beach, you’ll be treated to an exceptionally beautiful view of the sea and the beach—perfect for relaxing days in the bay. With 65 m² of space, this non-smoking apartment features a total of 4 rooms and accommodates up to 6 people, making it ideal for families, couples, or friends; children and babies are welcome, but youth groups are not permitted. The apartment is located on the first floor and spans two levels, allowing for both privacy and time spent together.
The living area is bright, cozy, and practically designed: a sofa corner, armchairs, a dining table, and a TV (44–55 inches) with international digital channels ensure comfort—as does high-speed Wi-Fi starting at 100 Mbit/s. Central heating and underfloor heating provide cozy warmth, and a wood-burning stove makes cooler evenings especially pleasant. The open kitchen opens directly onto the living room and is fully equipped: a ceramic-glass cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. Dish towels, a starter kit, and trash cans are also provided.
Three bedrooms offer restful sleeping arrangements; there are a total of 6 sleeping spots available, including 2 specifically for children. A crib is available. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and hot water. Privacy screens on all windows ensure a comfortable level of privacy.
