The sleeping arrangements are designed to cater to different preferences. The upstairs primary bedroom features California king bed, a tv, direct beachfront balcony access, and a private bathroom with a shower and tub. The upstairs guest bedroom offers a queen bed with built in bunk beds, a tv, and a hall full bathroom with a shower. For those seeking additional sleeping space, the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa bed.

For added convience, Pinnacle Port Grill is conveniently located right by the pool and now boast second location of Lake Powell Pizza, making it easy to grab a meal or a drink without venturing far. There's also a new coffee shop on the ground level of the resort's high-rise main tower.

** September 16th, 2026-December 15th, 2026 &January 15th, 2027-March 15th, 2027 SAVE 40%! ** (unfortunately I’m not able to discount cleaning fee) Construction will continue throughout the property, with work scheduled on our wing during portions of this period. One of our two private balconies may be temporarily closed while work is underway, but guests will still have access to the other balcony. Exact work dates for our condo are not yet available.
** March 16th, 2027- May 15th , 2027 SAVE 20%! ** (unfortunately I’m not able to discount cleaning fee) Construction will be underway elsewhere on the Tower, but our wing is not scheduled for direct balcony work during this period.
Guests should expect weekday daytime construction activity, including potential LOUD noise from September to May - along with workers, equipment, and temporary impacts to certain areas or amenities. Noise levels and the location of work will vary throughout the project.
