Our home is located just minutes from hotspots, putting you right in the heart of Miami’s best dining, nightlife, and attractions which is an unbeatable value for the location alone. Please note that the unit is brand new. We encourage guests to review the listing photos and details to ensure the space suits their needs before arrival.

Regarding check-in and check-out times: our Airbnb operates similar to most Airbnbs and also follows standard hotel practices, with check-in in the afternoon (after 4 PM) and check-out in the morning (by 11 AM). This allows our cleaning team the necessary time to prepare the home properly for each guest. While we do offer early check-in when available, the $35/hour fee helps cover the added scheduling and staffing costs to make that accommodation possible.

Additional Rules:

-AC NOTE VERY IMPORTANT: Please do not lower the temperature of the unit below 71 degrees as it can freeze the pipes and the AC in the unit will no longer work.

-If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. Treat this place as if it was your home.

-No parties or events allowed.

There is free street parking but you are liable to ensure you park in a legal spot.

It is strictly prohibited to dispose of any other items in the toilet, including

● Feminine hygiene products
● Any other type of paper or material

I as a host will be fined $300 if any of these items are flushed down the toilet so if anything like this occurs, the guest will be liable.
